Built on integrity, driven by expertise

Who we are, how we work, and how we stay with your business for the long run.

Zhongcheng Huigu
10+ Years in cross-border services

Zhongcheng Huigu is a cross-border corporate services practice. We work with founders, trading companies and e-commerce sellers on overseas company formation, bank account opening, global tax and accounting, trademark and IP protection, cross-border operations and outbound investment filing.

One team, one file

  • The team that answers your first question is the team that files the documents.
  • Written scope, timeline and fees before anything starts.
  • Proactive reminders for annual obligations, so nothing slips.

What we do not do

We do not sell what cannot be delivered. If a route is unlikely to work for your situation, we say so at the assessment stage — the first consultation is free precisely so you can find this out early.

Our goal is simple: make the critical but non-revenue parts of running a company reliable, so you can stay focused on the business itself.

FAQ

Questions clients ask before signing

Can I register an overseas company and get a tax ID without local residency?
Yes. Incorporation and tax-ID filings (such as a US EIN) require no local SSN and no visa — a passport and basic documents are enough. We have completed this for many non-resident clients.
If my company does not operate in Hong Kong, is profits tax still due?
Hong Kong taxes profits on a territorial basis. Where profits are non-Hong-Kong sourced and there is no local operation, an offshore claim after audit can lawfully exempt profits tax.
Why do bank account applications keep getting rejected?
Common reasons include a vague business description, incomplete corporate documents, a missing proof of address or weak KYC preparation. We pre-review your file, coach the interview and submit through partner-bank channels to lift approval rates.
How should I choose a jurisdiction? Do they differ much?
It depends on the use case: Delaware suits branding and fundraising, Wyoming or Hong Kong, China suit e-commerce and lean costs, while Cayman and BVI are standard for holding and listing structures. We advise based on your business model before you sign.
When are annual-return and tax-filing deadlines?
Rules differ by place: Hong Kong, China companies file on the incorporation anniversary, and US states each set their own annual-report and franchise-tax dates. Missing them means penalties or even administrative dissolution — we remind you 30 days ahead.
Is the quoted price all-inclusive? Any hidden fees later?
We quote in writing per package, covering first-year government fees, registered-agent service and standard documents; each year's renewal and filing fees are listed before you sign — no low-ball pricing with markups later.
How long does it take to register an overseas company?
With documents ready, most jurisdictions complete within 1–7 working days; Hong Kong and Singapore are usually the fastest, while the United States varies by state.
Typical breakdown: name search 1 day; document preparation 1–2 days; registry approval 1–5 days; document delivery after approval.
What do I need to provide to register a company?
In most cases: identity and address proof of directors and shareholders, a preferred company name, and a short description of the business model.
Key points: at least one director and one shareholder (often the same person), no minimum paid-up capital in most jurisdictions, and no need to travel in the majority of cases.
Which jurisdiction should I choose?
Three questions usually decide it: where are your customers, how does money move, and do you plan to raise capital or list.
For consumer markets in Europe or the Americas, a US, UK or EU entity is common; for regional trading and holding structures, Hong Kong and Singapore are frequently used; for holding or fund structures, BVI and Cayman are common choices.
How long does opening a corporate bank account take?
From submission to account activation it usually takes 2–8 weeks, depending on the bank and the depth of due diligence.
Rough stages: document review 1–2 weeks; bank KYC 1–3 weeks; approval decision 1–2 weeks; activation a few working days.
Why do bank account applications get rejected?
Most rejections come down to four things: incomplete corporate documents, unclear ownership, thin business evidence, or a source of funds that is hard to explain.
Preparation matters more than persuasion — we review the file first and match it to a bank whose client profile actually fits your model before submitting.
What annual compliance obligations will my company have?
Typical obligations include the annual return, business registration renewal, audited financial statements and tax filings, plus maintaining the registered address and company secretary where required.
Deadlines are usually anchored to the incorporation anniversary. We maintain a compliance calendar for every client company and send reminders ahead of each deadline.
Who prepares the audit report and tax filings?
Audited financial statements are issued and signed by a practicing CPA firm, and tax filings are prepared by qualified accountants in the relevant jurisdiction.
We organise the bookkeeping, coordinate with the auditors and file the returns, so you deal with one team instead of several suppliers.
