Cross-border ecommerce

Marketplace onboarding

We check the target platform, your existing entity, key personnel, address, tax, bank collection and product documents first. Fill whatever is missing; when a new entity is truly needed, we then connect company registration, tax IDs, banking, trademarks and ongoing accounting.

Pre-review first, then submit Services confirmed in writing Documents consistent with KYC

Platforms, banks and payment providers review applications independently. We handle planning, documents and filing support, and do not guarantee approval.

Cross-border marketplaces, products, payments and global market scenarios
Entity, tax, collection, product and fulfilment documents need to match each other.

Service basics

Cross-border business is more than onboarding day

Company, tax ID, bank, platform and ongoing accounting keep using the same set of entity documents. How you prepare at the start affects onboarding, re-review and maintenance later.

8 yrs+ Cross-border service experience
5,000+ Service records published on site
30+ Financial institution channels
50 states US company formation coverage

Start from where you are

Whatever you are missing, we start there

No duplicate registration if you already have a company, no duplicate tax ID. We look at your current status and target platform together, then decide what to add.

01

Eligibility pre-review

Target country, marketplace, product category, existing stores, key personnel, warehousing and collection methods.

02

Entity and tax ID

Keep the existing entity when it fits; otherwise compare US, Hong Kong and Singapore options and connect EIN or ITIN as needed.

03

Bank and platform documents

Check account holder, company name, address, business description, products, fulfilment and personnel for consistency.

04

Post-registration upkeep

Annual returns, bookkeeping and tax, sales tax or VAT, plus platform and bank re-review documents.

Platform coverage

Different platforms review different things

We do not send one generic document pack to every platform. For each marketplace we check entity, personnel, tax, collection, product and fulfilment requirements.

View the platform guide
01

Amazon

To check first

Seller identity or company documents, personnel, tax interview, collection account, address, brand and target marketplace.

What we do

Entity usability review, company and tax document alignment, consistency checks; trademarks and accounting when needed.

02

Walmart Marketplace

To check first

Company information, tax documents, ecommerce track record, product details, payment setup, plus US fulfilment and returns capability.

What we do

We separate entity eligibility from business eligibility, so you are not left with a company but no operating record, products or fulfilment proof.

03

TikTok Shop

To check first

Enterprise verification for the current market, key personnel or beneficial owner, address, tax, bank, product and warehouse documents.

What we do

We assess personnel and entity conditions first, then decide whether a new company, tax ID, address or collection setup is required.

04

eBay

To check first

Individual or business seller profile, company name, personnel, collection account and identity verification required by the platform.

What we do

Company documents and bank collection documents are checked together to reduce mismatches in name, address or account holder.

05

Shopify

To check first

Store entity, payment region, company documents, bank account, tax information and the actual business address.

What we do

If payment and collection matter most, we prepare entity, bank and business proof around payment-provider KYC instead of only building a store.

06

Etsy / others

To check first

Target country, seller identity, store entity, bank collection, tax and product compliance requirements.

What we do

We start from the official application entry and your current conditions, then list the documents to add and the services we can handle.

Existing entity review

Already have a company, tax ID or collection account? Start there

Send your existing documents and the step you are stuck on. We check whether company status, personnel, address, tax and bank documents can still be used before adding anything.

Entity options

Choose a jurisdiction only when a new entity is needed

Do not keep an extra company just for the word “local store”. Look at target market, personnel identity, payments, warehousing, tax and maintenance cost first.

US company

Formation support across all 50 states; LLC or C-Corp by business needs, plus registered agent, EIN, internal documents, annual reports and tax filing.

See US company plans

Hong Kong company

Common reference timeline is 3 to 8 working days; company secretary, HK registered address, bank account, annual return, audit and tax filing can be connected.

See Hong Kong plans

Singapore company

With complete documents and no extra review, common reference timeline is 1 to 3 working days; foreign individuals or companies may hold shares with a qualifying local director.

Document pre-review

Before submitting, we check these 8 groups together

The point is not whether a file exists, but whether company, personnel, address, tax, bank, store, product and fulfilment information explain each other.

01

Company legal information

Name, registration number, jurisdiction, status and formation documents.

02

Directors and beneficial owners

Names, IDs, shareholding, key personnel and ultimate control.

03

Registered and business address

Registered agent address, main operating address and proof of address explained separately.

04

Tax IDs and tax forms

Company tax ID, personal tax ID and filing status matched to the actual case.

05

Bank and collection accounts

Account holder, company name, address and bank letters stay consistent.

06

Store and website documents

Brand name, contact details, business description and company entity tell the same story.

07

Product and brand files

Categories, brand rights, authorisations, codes and required product documents.

08

Warehousing and fulfilment

Warehouse, return address, logistics route and operating records prepared to platform standards.

Registered address vs. actual business address

FAQ

The 8 questions we hear most

Not sure whether your documents are enough? Send what you have first. We will tell you whether it can still be used and what is missing.

I already have an overseas company. Do I need a new one?

Not necessarily. Check whether company status, personnel, address, tax and bank collection documents meet the platform's current requirements. Reuse what works and add only what is missing.

Will registering an overseas company guarantee approval?

No. Company registration is only part of the document chain; platforms may also review personnel, beneficial owners, address, tax, bank, products, brand, fulfilment and operating history. We provide pre-review and filing support; the platform makes the final decision.

Can I do only the pre-review without forming a company?

Yes. With an existing company, tax ID and collection account, we can start with a consistency check and then decide whether a new entity, tax ID, address or banking service is needed.

Can a registered office address serve as the business address?

Not automatically. Registered agent address, company registered address, mailing address and actual business address serve different purposes; provide verifiable documents that match what each institution currently asks for.

Can I onboard without an overseas trademark?

It depends on the platform and category. Some platforms allow entity and basic documents first, with brand registry later; if your category, brand programme or channel requires a trademark, plan it early.

Must the collection account match the company entity?

It depends on the platform and provider. Account holder, company name, controlling person and supporting documents are usually checked; unclear entity relationships make review and remediation harder.

What if the application is rejected?

Look at the rejection reason, previous submissions and account status. Appeal with the requested documents, correct wrong information, and avoid repeated resubmission when a key requirement is simply not met.

What maintenance is needed after onboarding?

Depending on jurisdiction and business: annual reports, annual returns, bookkeeping, corporate tax, sales tax or VAT, address and company document updates, and periodic bank or platform KYC.
